Clients can request a refund within 3 days of the service purchase. Refunds will be processed based on the work completed up to that point. Any completed work or delivered assets will be deducted from the refund amount.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided after the 3-day window. Additionally, services that have been fully completed and delivered within the 3-day period are not eligible for a refund.
3. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel a project within the 3-day period. If a cancellation request is received, any work already completed will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Processing of Refunds
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval and will be credited using the original payment method.
